I'd rather it stay cold, if for no other reason than we need a colder than average winter. I'd love for us to go back to a colder climate... another mini ice age. So, regardless if global warming is man made or not, at least we'd have some more time to figure it out, and we'd get more snow.

This is true.  7 out of the 10 biggest snowfalls in Nashville history occurred in February and March.

Like we discussed at the beginning of this winter too, it's a La Nina year. Best chances for us to have a good snow are late winter. Especially if ENSO sees a retreat of La Nina.
Views expressed are my personal views and opinions and should not take the place of official forecasts and warnings issued by the NWS and your local media.

Radar seems to show a band of snow showers headed my way. According to the NWS a dusting of snow has been reported in Montgomery County. Maybe we'll get a little taste of it.

We have had snow flurries off and on this morning here in Cooke Vegas. I love it how the NWS had flurries forecast for today, then took them off, and them put them back today after the flurries started coming.  :D

Schools here turned out early today. Students have gone to school a grand total of 3 hours this week. A band of light snow moved through at around 10 a.m. and quickly turned everything white. It was pretty obvious by looking at the radar that it wouldn't last long, and with the temp hovering at 27 degrees, that little dusting would melt once the snow stopped. But they turned out schools anyway. Now, the snow has stopped and the snow has melted and the last buses are just pulling out of the parking lot. :D

This may be what it looks like in a few places tomorrow evening with a few snow showers.
