I got .97 in the Davis Vantage Vue and my CoCoRaHS rain gauge over here in N.E. Cookeville. Received a report this morning from a weather observer just to the south of our city who got 1.44".....WE'LL TAKE IT!!

I was in Cookeville yesterday and I can second that 1.44" total. It would stop for about 15 minutes and then pour again. It happened all afternoon.

Is my rain gauge the only one that is not getting any action?  Since the flood at the beginning of May, my rain gage has had less than 1.5" total.  The scattered showers have dodged us for weeks.  The corn has dried up.  The okra is beginning to wilt  and the peas are about done.  Who knew it ever got to dry for okra?  Just wondering if anyone else has missed out on the action.  Praying for rain this week.  Location is Clifton in nothern Wayne Co.
