NEXT SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE W EXPECTED TO BEGIN AFFECTING AREAS
ALONG AND E OF THE TN RIVER DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS...BUT BRINGING
ITS MAIN SWATH OF SHWRS/TSTMS ACROSS THE MID STATE WED NIGHT.
COOLER TEMPS WILL FOLLOW LATE IN THE WORK WEEK AS CONTINENTAL POLAR
AIR GETS DRAWN DOWN INTO MID STATE AS SHARP UPPER TROUGH GETS CARVED
OUT ON EAST SIDE OF W U.S. RIDGE. BY 12Z FRI MORNING...1000-500
MILLIBAR THICKNESSES ARE < 5400 METERS ACROSS AT LEAST THE W HALF
OF MIDDLE TN...WITH A POSSIBLE UPPER LEVEL SHORTWAVE PASSAGE. IF
THIS PASSAGE BRINGS SOME MOISTURE WITH IT...AS LONG RANGE MODELS
HINTING AT...EVERYONE MAY NEED TO PUT UP THE SUNTAN LOTION...GET
OUT THE HEAVY COAT...AND GET YOUR SNOWMAN BUILDING SKILLS TUNED UP
AGAIN
. HOWEVER...AS OF THIS TIME...TOO EARLY TO TELL IF THIS
SITUATION WILL REALLY DEVELOP...AND WILL WAIT FOR FURTHER MODEL
RUNS FOR ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION BEFORE MENTIONING IN FORECAST.

That's gotta be a joke.  I would think that even IF it got cold enough for any frozen precip to fall, it would melt on contact.
