In my neck of the woods, it is 39, almost at 38. I'm in East TN, next to Knoxville.
It's 40 at my house with blazing sunshine. As is generally the case with NW flow, I expect only a few scattered flakes.
Winter 2009-10 Snowfall: 11.5 in. :)
Winter 2010-11 Snowfall: 15.5 in. :)
Winter 2011-12:

CoCoRaHS spotter in Fentress County, near Jamestown reports 1.7"...we have .5" in Cookeville @ 7 am with more added to it since!

Shoot, if the snow that I saw outside had kept up for even an hour longer, then I would've had at least 5 inches out of it. For 20 minutes straight, it poured down snowing here, with windy conditions. It was fun to see; but I was in class so I couldn't get out and enjoy it..   :( ::doh::

We ended up with around an inch and a half just from the 20 minutes it did snow. Of course, most of it melted away after a while of baking sun and 37 degree temps.
