I have about the sane as DWagner. I'm in East Ridge at my brothers house.  1 mile from the GA. line. Everything is white but maybe 1" MAX. Very light snow.

Got a few pics but it's disheartening after the pics I took on Jan. 29.

His road has light slush on the outer 3rd but  very little traffic.

Prob. a little more at my house.
Still in limbo with Allstate regarding my structural damage from 4/27

No one probably wants to hear it... but, Atlanta is really getting it now.  Already 1-2" in the general area with heavy snow about to move in.

I dont mind sharing.  Now if we were sitting on zilch for the season I would be a little upset.  My brother lives just north of Atlanta...we are having a contest to see who gets more snow him today or me on Sunday/Monday.

My bets (although it would be nice to get good snow) is on him.... They're supposed to be having snow for the rest of the day (or most of it anyways), so he'll probably finish with about 5-6.

Snow is about to start tapering off here in Chatt.  Too bad the snowed stayed pretty light the whole time.  Looks like we will end up with about an inch.

An impressive deformation band has set up between Atlanta and Macon.  I think we may see some high totals come out of that area.

I'm guessing I-75 in central GA is not a fun stretch of road to be on right now.

I disagree.  Sounds like a lot of fun to me!

If you consider being stuck doing 10mph with wrecks and jack-knifed 18-wheelers every few miles... "fun"... then have at it!  ;D

All precip has stopped and the sky has turned a glorious shade of bright red as the clearing line approaches. Gonna get cold quick here once the sky clears. Black ice will be a problem.

In every state I've ever lived in....there have been ignorant drivers.  Worse than that, IDIOTIC/STUPID drivers...  Ignorance, can be excused because by default it is suppose to mean the person(s) don't know any better...On the other hand, stupidity just means people refuse to abide by the safe driving rules of the road.
