Thoughts on the backend snow for Memphis for anyone still torturing themselves with this system in the area? :)

Can anyone reccommend a quality, realiable, but simple home weather station?  Nothing terribly fancy, but something reliable?

I know this is off-topic but I figured if I could get the answers anywhere, I'd get them here.
Davis is the only brand I would recommend and I've used all the major weather station brands extensively. They will cost you a little more up front but less in the long run. PM me and I can tell you where to find them at good prices.

Dusting to an inch for most of the metro, higher on the northern side of town. Could be a nasty commute with slush freezing, followed by some snow.

Looks like the backside out in central and western arkansas is starting to fill in to me. . . This probably just means more rain for me but maybe it will help somebody out.

So I get up to let the dog out...finally back to a nice steady snow and below freezing temps. Radar looks like a nice finish to the event...maybe pick up 2 more inches if it continues this slow movement.

Ramping up the rates quite a bit now...getting moderate to hvy snow with a few hours to go. Could be a very nice little ending to a sloppy middle.

Do you think that the cold air will filter back in as the back end of this thing swings through?  I see a lot of potential for N. TN but the cold air isn't in place.

CAA is taking place though as my temp starting dropping and is now at 31.5. The deformation zone is starting to wrap up a bit and should spread E-NE per RUC latest. Clarksville should see what Memphis is seeing in about 2 hours as the entire column cools along with CAA at the surface. Not a huge big deal, but 1-3 inches, with an isolated amount a tad higher could be in the works for most of W and Middle.

We may the the reciepent of a dry slot as the front moves through (which, in Clarksville, should be around 6am...Nashville closer to 10)...

Looks like the changeover about to occur for Nashville per radar. Can anyone out west confirm?

No snow here yet, just light rain with maybe a little sleet. I am still at 33 degrees.
