Guess it's gonna be the same as last winter, with lots of cold Arctic air that will go to waste with no moisture to accompany it. But, not to worry ... the moisture will roll back in just as the cold air is retreating. Guess we're just snakebit here in middle TN. We just can't win. 12z GFS looking really sad. Nothing promising even out into voodoo land. BORING !
